| Woodstock service center has uplifted 3 mottoes i.e. equal service, clean service and customized service. The equal service means that we always equally serve to all the customers regardless of their purchasing amounts. The clean service is to show our attitude that each of our staff serves with aesthetic feeling. We look after the customer's important car, so we put covers on the car seats and steering wheel when we transport the car for an example. Our service center is always kept as clean as possible which seems to like a wonderful restaurant kitchen more than a maintenance shop. And, the customized service is to provide a custom-made proposal for each customer referring to the customer's plan and budget. Brand-new parts are not always requested. |

| Woodstock has 3 inspection gates to check the car quality. The 1st gate is set at the purchasing department which examines the registry and owner's record. At the 2nd, our sales department strictly inspects the actual car. Our inspectors are all educated and trained at the authorized inspection association. And what is more, at the 3rd, a third inspection party evaluates the car. After through those checking procedures, the car becomes one of our articles for sale. We, of course, consider if the car is with "one owner registry", but such a car not always be give the top priority. We also consider scarcity premium, car mileage and condition. For example, car conditions are different from one to another even if in the same model at the same mileage. How the car has been driven or cared in the past, which should be included as one of the most important factors in our evaluating process.. |
